We won't see any price increase until gas flows commercially into a pipe. Sorry to be negative but got burned badly with EXR. Eye watering prospects are no guarantee for an increase in share price. Especially now hydrocarbon projects are not touched by the bigger investors. Too much retail holders that sell on a whim when the bots manipulate the price down. It has created a downwards spiral that is almost impossible to break.
