I believe he's referring to HAV assets here.
There is no way SA gov are going to approve another U mining site so close to BOE. Realistically, these assets can only be acquired by BOE - not that we don't already have sufficient resources / targets on our own tenements. In a scenario where BOE is interested in acquiring, if its not a bargain we just pass.
