This is GLOBAL NEWS, the PM is backing it & with $120M cash starter to get it going & with that support it will be built.

Nova at SIR IGO had NO govt funding costing $800M to build over 3 years now worth $4B for IGO for only a 1.5mtpa mill, no refinery, no 6 mines even!

SIR went 5c to $5 on that build & approval news, IGO went $3 to $13 recently on np Lip booms & wsa t/o.

what can 60s high flyer POS able to do on 5 times more milling & refining than SIR IGO now?
