The $245-$300 price range is in Australian dollars not USD. Notice how the other prices in the announcement say "US$" to denote when they're in USD but those don't? The very next sentence goes on to mention the current USD price of 172.5 that I mentioned above comparing it to the price used in the DFS. My model used an estimate of $170 USD which is ~236AUD, not far from that range and very reasonable as a conservative estimate. Your original comment mentioned a price of 250USD which is not supported by this.
