... forget the cancer council - just go to your nearest cancer centre at the hospital and ask of what they are in of need to help ..........
... eg. when i went to isolation for stem cell transplant ( aka bone marrow transplant ) .... they advised a soft bristle toothbrush as mouth will become ulcerated for a week or so.... i found the soft brush was still too harsh.
... da Mama brought with her on visitation, Ginger Beer - icy cold they relieved the mouth greatly ( i could not eat - so the sugar in drink was handy ) - my mouth ulcers only lasted for about 4 days - much shorter time than expected ......
