I find these attempts to absolve or minimise Woods' responsibility or wrongdoing quite amusing.
I don't mean to judge, and really have little interest in Woods before this incident or after.
But let's not pretend that Woods wasn't aware of the world in which he lives.
He was fully aware that the risk of being caught was absolutely huge, and that if caught out, his wife, kids, mother, inlaws etc would suffer a huge amount of pain for a long time....probably for the rest of their lives. If he wasn't aware, then he's an idiot, and needs this to wake him to the real world.
Perhaps he needed to learn that fame is as shallow as the behaviour that he has exhibited.
He chose to do it. He deserves everything he gets. End of story. It's the same for Woods as everyone else. When you hurt others, you get hurt yourself.
Who cares about him. He is the least of my worries. He's shown himself to be a very ordinary piece of work. My concern is mostly for his wife who has been publicly humiliated and hurt beyond our imagination.
Woods is a very selfish fool who needs a good dose of reality. Perhaps this might just be the medicine he needs. I bet he's feeling sorry for himself right at this moment. Let's hope that some of his thoughts are being reserved for the rest of his family who have suffered because of his unbelievable selfishness and disregard for them.
He deserves to be left alone and not judged?? What a laugh. He deserves every bit of criticism he gets.
