    1. Growth Path Uncertainty

If CTX accepts ACCC decision then what ?
    - restructures Mobil offer for maximum allowable ?

If Mobil wants to sell then they will have to sell in the mix the ACCC will allow - and what if no others want the stations ? - but they will at a low price for sure

Not good for Mobil - will Mobil get involved in a challenge to the ACCC ?

If Mobil is insistent on selling then CTX is likely to still be involved

Problem as outlined before is ACCC wanting to frustrate a commercial trade with its own bigger agenda

A problem for the ACCC more than for CTX - IMO

While the ACCC feels some confidence exploiting the public dislike of "apparent" price manipulation -- petrol is the only price of a commodity that is on display on our streets and via Fuelwatch website

It is all about deeper and finer control and justification for intervention

    2. ETS
Add to this uncertainty the Climate change Boondoggle where the UN is using it as a "common enemy" strategy to get support for its existence and a move towards world control - Lol

    3. Margin Squeeze
    High A$ problem
Ann today shows CRM falling to US$2.6/bbl (from US$9 in 1HY09)

    4. No dividend
Ann said they will reconsider if the proposed Mobil acquisition does not proceed ?
