Think Allkem, right under their nose as 12km from their Mt Cattlin pit that will be exhausted by ~2025 leaving a stranded concentrator, and/or Mineral Resources, Ganfeng or Ya Hua (JVs with Eastern Resources EFE and EV Resources EVR - just ask @Glitterati)

The 4km long eastern pegmatite field throwing up high grade chips would be reason enough for "high-profile lithium producers/developers" to be knocking on the door.
