He could be about to exercise options, although I can't see what difference that would make.
He did sell some shares when they were last at $2 to exercise options.
If Joe had sold a bigger chunk then there might be reason for concern,but as he still holds over 4 million I am not concerned.
No other directors are selling (yet), maybe he just needed some cash!
