Yes and sulphuric acid extraction and the like (most deposits) very expensive compared to ISR (PEN)
With leach mining less chemistry involved.
Definitely glut is reversing to undersupply over 10 years.
But it's the cheaper producers that will be profitable in this turnaround time.
Uranium may be in oversupply again in the 2020's as more (less economic deposits) come on stream again with the higher prices of 2010+
