Have discussed BHP quite a bit on this thread. A major with plenty of money and a desire to grow in the potash sector.

They are looking for big projects in the hands of juniors rather than making their mark through major purchases (TRH fits that to a T). Hence they are taking a long term view and view potash as one of the best areas to be in along with copper and iron ore. And they should know.
