After (only) 3 years here, i have to blame it on the management only.
We have next to no publicity worth speaking of. Doing interviews for retails here and there, doing poster presentation if we are lucky and telling how good we are and what we want to achieve (owning the DMD Space//marvellous riches) once a year with nothing following.
We are neither informed properly nor taken seriously as shareholders and owner of the company.
The sience is good and i guess they are working as fast as timelines and the science can be reached and done.
BUT i completely miss anything PR related and to see, that MD (and the BoD) has the ability and the guts to lead ANP out of nanocap-space into something we will be in the future with the right people at the helm.
Disclaimer: I dont want to sell out after 100% gain, i could have done that already. I am here for the boatload of shareholder value. And i want ANP to get to the full deserved valuation. I am in the green and its not about instant riches or selling out.
I hate bashing the person at the helm as i dont like shitting in my own nest...but after 3 years constant brabble and now heavily on the way back to where we came from i have to say my opinion once (not more like imp likes to do):
Mark Diamond (alone) f*ed this whole thing regarding financing up (again!) and does not seem up to speed to lead a company like ANP out of nano caps into a stadium where more work regarding PR, institutional investors, name change and maybe even a move to a bigger Exchange has to be done. Let alone building shareholder value or treat investors for what they are: the owner of company with the right to be informed about the ongoing processes not only regarding the science.
Dont get me wrong, i cant do it myself, i am not a CEO in Biotech. But i am using my time to get the word around for my own familiy business to get contracts and simply get something done. I dont know what his work shedule looks like but i dont have the feeling he is overwhelmed with work in ANP. And with the time he has on his hands, he isnt able to do a CR without getting screwed by the sharks? After 20 years in this space and bad raises before? WTF is the man doing? Surely not getting the point of market and even worse not getting the point of marketing before going to the market.
MD achieved the title of the longest serving CEO in biotech or something like that....holy shit, what a title without ever achieving anything in 20 years. And that is also telling about the board of directors, they are looking at this mess for years now.
That was my rant. Dont want to hurt someones feelings or discuss it...i am actually just fed up since the CR and the way it has been done (combining good news with the worst CR and even leaked it before...WTF is that man thinking?!)
tl/dr: constructive criticism is nice to have but if you look at the sience and the work there and there seems to be nothing wrong, you have to look at the company and who runs it for the last 20 years. There isnt much left in a small co like this to blame it on.
