I suppose you have to put it into context for your time frame and expectations according to risk.

FSE is a risky investment right now, over the next 2-3 months we will see PFS and surface mining of coal, so when production begins the risk profile of the company changes and insto's will begin to invest.

While we wait for those announcements, the SP will fluctuate. It seems whoever was selling, won't sell sub 3.5c, so IMO there is very little downside left in this.

IMO FSE will be +4c coming Jan 2010 with the news flows set out in previous announcements, be patient :)
