Pesa, I really don't think it was ever about the money,it is about control of the company, who gets to call the shots,and just when metalstorm are reaching a point when sales were very close, how convenient? and what you suggest works against that in my opinion, the money will come, there is no doubt about that now, they won't let it end up in admisistration, because they already own at least 20% of the company now in my opinion.

I really think it was a clever ploy on their part, by having a company registered in the BVI, somewhere where no one can be found or the blame can be sheeted home and fingers pointed when the money doesn't come, and then just like a miracle out of the blue a white knight arrives as the savior, and possibly a very well know one who is in the exact same buisness, but it sure as hell won't be in the Phillipines! God give me Grace!
In my opinion both equity offerings are from the same source,it won't appear as such but in my opinion there is little doubt they are one and the same, but nobody will be able to prove that!
