I think 50k worth of stock would be an insignificant buy for the likes of WPL or STO but for a company the size of NXS, I think it is a decent size parcel. It is decent-sized but not a monster buy. FWIW, it is much better than him selling stock.
Btw, Steven Lowden is a non-executive director which means he does not participate in day-to-day operation of the company. So would he really be privy to any new developments re Crux, LT or other assets? I think he just bought the stock because he had to, rather than because there was price sensitive news coming in the not too distant future.
What I would really like to see is the executive directors like Tchacos and the Chairman Fowler buying as these people are closer to any deals that might be made re Crux or LT.
