~$32m market cap, $460m of oil entitlement, why undervalued?

Looking at entering, chart looks amazing. Breaking out to recent highs on massive volume.

One thing I cannot explain though is the very low market cap at ~$32m given the P50 resource base. At $100 oil prices, that's $460m worth. Could this be a T|E|N ba.gger+ from here? Even VEN, the other 30% entitlement JV partner is trading at $75m market cap, double of MEL. We should at least be trading at the same levels.

What am I missing here? Or is this market discovery process happening now revaluing to fair value.
