A couple of the directors of MHM own the new technology to process aluminium salt slag and they are also large shareholders of MHM. It is their way of realising significant value for their asset by putting it into a listed company. MHM will also be the only company with access to the technology which should give them an advantage. Having Alcoa, the number one player in the industry, on your side says a lot about what they have also.
