Looked at this only superficially.
Original study numbers were done based on shipping to China for refining.
DFS should consider local refining plant. Doesn't make sense to rely on China.
Can someone confirm if they are adding a refining plant in the DFS numbers?
If so, it should add 150m or so to CAPEX and then add 30% to total CAPEX number for inflation.
