Sydney, thank you for Diane Power's email addy. I think this CR has been very good for us as far as a CR can be for retailers.....my only minor criticism remains the lack of clarity around rights purchased on market. My case was a bit more messy as I have bought one pacrel on market and had already faxed etrade.....but I bought another parcel in the auction on the last day. I was dreading the confusion that may have caused and explained it all Diane in an email.....She emailed me back and was already on it and had fixed it up for me before I even contacted her....so a thumbs up for etrade on that one.
