Yes there is Steviedee, I smell a rat here somewhere? although if they don't declare them, which is illegal by the way, then they can't very well come forth later after they get half the company, for the equity they provide and then say, hey look here we also have all these shares we have been buying? for that would show us all just what we have been dealing with!

It sounds crazy I know, but until someone can give me a better understanding of what is happening,and also why and how? I see no other logical explanation, it has to be someone with great power to be able to do these things without fear of falling foul of the authorities!
