How have I downramped. I said there was lots of oil if it tests ok. I also replied to someone who thought Cuba might be able to do business with USA. Cuba is not even allowed to use the USD. I also calculated the daily income for an average heavy oil field in Cuba.
I do it in the hope that others provide useful info. Cheers.
