$120 Million belongs to PBT, chance of POS even getting a cent is zero. However, without POS concentrate supply to PBT, PBT will have zero resource as all other miners concentrate is already contracted (Only POS is left out).

PH has upper hand. Force PBT to share the grant else cancel the Concentrate MOU agreement
