There’s also Xinyuan Semiconductor in china who I can’t find much detail about but claim to have taped out 28 & 22nm reram.
i did wonder if the decision by wbt to go for 22nm was somewhat about not wanting to have no offering there if Xinyuan hit the market at a similar time but without knowing anymore about them it’s hard to know if it’s a comparable product.
