Global productivity rates spring to mind and DrLooi would be handy on this topic.
Here in Thailand it is an extremely low rate - Malaysia? I would consider the tech in Kal plant to be even more advanced than Malaysia thus requiring less employees and along with productivity rates again less employees required. Even the fertilizer component additional cash flow off sets any possible cost increases - trucking/shipping? My 2 bob also. Hava a great Sunday all.
