Yes, we all know what Leo is worth, the listing market cap will be way below that, hopefully the market will reassess.

I think the important thing from the research @camban & @fooca dug up, is that the Notice of Meeting is imminent.
As I said previously, IMO this purchase of Leo shares would be one of the last, if not the last thing they do before issuing the NOM.
