But, these are very strange times, we have an election and the GREENs and other carbon neutral voters would be front and centre on the minds of both parties. For a "big" partner to come into Icon's ATP855, they would want certainty about being able to develop it, even just to warrant the cost of the test well. It's a terrible irony, it was the price of gas in 2015 that brought Icon to its knees. Interested parties would definitely be kicking Icon's tyres, but, the only guarantee that they have now is that Icon still has a 15 year licence and 100% of it.
Yes, ALL the "normal" fundamentals have fallen into line perfectly, IF it was 2015!!! Ray James's communicating skill is now of paramount importance. Can he do it??.
