well Chris if you are of the opinion that I simply woke this morning , threw a dart at the FP that landed on SUV and decided to down ramp it .....you are mistaken. I have some legitimate concerns around corporate integrity with This company which might be playing out at the moment with the board reshuffle.
These concerns have been mentioned in my previous posts and relate to a serving director selling his personal assets into a public listed company.
If you look closely you may notice that MR Banks also holds another tenement within the Yeal Nature reserve perhaps shareholders may like to ask him how this tenement is progressing and they may obtain some insight into an expected outcome for the proposed Tennent they are being asked to bank roll. One thing I am sure of is the MrBanks will know and the pitch on the proposed tenement doesn’t mention it and this maybe an oversight however it is failure to mention things like this in the announcement speel I consider to be misleading whether that be accidental or not , it raises concerns for me and requires an explanation from a director of a company that proposed this transaction .
