I dont think you can say Hotcopper posts dont move stocks. However to be fair you cant prove unequivocally that they do move a stock either. Many factors at play, what comes first? -the ramp or the rise?
Other factors include the fundementals, mkt cap, commodities/business, country, cash at hand combined with the technical picture to name just a few.
Fundementally we are cheap at sub 40 mill, looking at gold copper cobalt and nickel. Country risk split between two countries that are improving, we have just raised 3.8 million about a month ago, in addition we have broken out. (Will check the volume).
I think another reason for the rise is mgmt timing. They either had the word ahead of time that Ardea was to recieve major project status or they have just gut timed the mkt well re drilling ( first hole finished)
On the negative side our ore body is thin. Im not sure of the strip ratio but it would be interesting to compare cost with Ardea and Cobalt blue.
