as a far as I understand it, only Hydrogen produced from lignite that can ALSO solve the carbon capture and storage issue can be called Blue Hydrogen.
To my knowledge only ECT can ( are claiming they can ) solve the CCS challenge by NOT having to capture and store carbon AT ALL. This is because of their unique solution / proposition. I.E it's embedded in Char / Soil and stuffed back in the ground where it belongs. Aimo , dyor

but I agree that the colour doesn't matter too much because we need an orderly transition that's doesn't kill our economy. It's the aesthetics / politics that bothers me at times and how that influences investors, and therefore my investment!
