Yeah, not really a fair outcome for MFF holders.
It really did show how unprepared they were for Hamish's exit. It's an indictment on the board, given there was always talk of key man risk.
Their only solution was Chris (a very talented investor) who already has a responsibility for MFF and parachuting back an ex employee.
I wonder what the longer term solution is?
