Good to see reports that insto's are also baulking at the low ball offer from SOT. Fisher Funds requesting 7.50 as a minimum.
Hope the recent price action is a sign that SOT are about to life their bid - presumably to $7 - as a compromise. Though they may wait to see a draft of the EY report on their bid and then raise to pre-empt a "not fair but reasonable" opinion.
