Such lazy admin from the Seven West Media corporate/governance team here.... the deal for their 6.6% equity in RAIZ was finalised in Dec last year! There was a mkt sensitive announcement about it back in Nov..... and they say (in this announcement) we didn't 'know' about it until yesterday?!? Seriously is that their excuse? Very half arsed..... not that AISC does anything to hold companies accountable for governance mishaps anyway.... I actually wonder why some of these ASIC forms even exist... as based on the pathetic compliance rates no one actually respects them.
Well hopefully when the TV ads come out in a few months we get some value (eg; measurable increase in 'active customers') from the dilution of this deal..... otherwise the egg is on our faces! Mine for sure.... as I topped up this arvo
