SCOMO would not dish out $120M cash to a german developer shelf company with great plans. This is about POS. PBT dont need reputation nor designers they already have it in Germany what they need is finance, licenses, local ore supplier & its staff and cash.

PH shook hands with the PM for the announcement,
PH has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS. His reputation and face is at stake.
He made a promise to the PM & even Labout has to pay up and would likely support this grant anyway & likely give out even more.

The deadline of 31 March 2024 is REAL, a condition of funding,
it means POS plant has to be working and producing to a 20ktpa level by then with cobalt credits & manganese feed from somewhere also.

Thereby we now know that POS production will be 20ktpa by 31 March 2024 at LEAST
This ties in with PH statements the last 18 mopnths of 15-20ktpa targetted production.

On current NP thats aud$600Mpa - aud$800Mpa
or an EBITDA at HIGH MARGINS of $400Mpa - $500Mpa

Either way POS is in charge imho.
POS is in business to make money and they just got a free $120M of it easy which supports POS restart FID DFS & LT planning & ST funding & ST restarts.
POS is planning 3-10 years in advance looks like so that means this is a 25 year LOM project, just as MST Access stated last year.
POS need a ST offtake of 3-4 years from Trafigura with a $50M fund like PAN & $30M of that grant to fund thestaff, designs, refinery ore feed works & planning.

$600M pa revenue is MASSIVE & its now $120M cheaper to get there.

Your claims to the contrary are TOTAL RUBBISH.

It is not Show and Tell game, it is a serious money business of $119.6 Million. From PBT announcement it is clear PBT has made clear grant belongs to PBT not POS.
