Oops turns out Rincon Lithium already have EIS approval for their 25k/tpa commercial plant using their process technology. However I read after RIO complete the transaction they will be expanding on that so I guess they will still have more approvals to get through.
Wish they had been on the asx, would have been a killer stock to own.
