Great research mate, I read the announcement the other day and was like ehh sounds like they just hired a sales guy not sure if it is news worthy but CBF looking into it further.

I did also look at the PR and based on today's SP was like the incentives whilst nice to have isn't going to be a OMG got to get as they also have to escrow for 12 months and then sell on market to collect the bonus - that is a long time to collect on a bonus for a sales guy. Fair enough if a director or some senior manager but the kid (saying it politely as has less than 10 years experience). Double the PR and escrow me I would of considered it otherwise pay me cash when I deliver those results.

However with the experience of the fella according to his linkedin I would agree further more going how is this announcement worthy - i understand there is a new sales person but it isn't like he has a proven track record of delivering amazing results (or it would be mentioned on the announcement), can we imagine if every company in microcap hired a new person and they make an announcement.
