Well for instance, Chalco's underlying point is that the minnow explorers continually hype up their targets (that 'exist' from historical records or past exploration results or geophysical or geochem surveys, et al) but are loathe to kill them off by actually drilling them.
In TBA's case this would include Trump, Burra, the silly prospect 'oozing' with supergene cobalt oxide 1 mm thick coating fracture planes...and so it goes on.
The implication from Chalco obviously is that TBA just might be a company more interested in generating hot air to keep it afloat rather than results.
Just my ruminations...
