The sellers are stacking up quicker than the buyers, that means there is oversupply and the SP will not move.
There's 1.3B PLUS share on market that no one wants to buy.
Given that this is the MARKETS reaction to this "news" it doesn't look like there is much confidence in CLZ.
Now if it was 1.3B or more shares traded shortly after ASX open that would be different, but that is not the case.
