It is with Bell Potter - it says in the previous announcement...
"In consultation with Bell Potter Securities Ltd, the lead manager to the Offer, the Company is seeking to place the shortfall."
Hopper has done this with Bell potter with his other companies previously (seen it twice with Imugene).
