Oh and another good bit if info is they anticipate R & D to reduce dramatically form here, has basically been an intense period of development but think said will almost be zero or minimal soon which I take as maybe post June 2022.
This is good as improves cash flow and set up now for next few years. Way I am seeing it very minimal downside now as we have about $20 mill enterprise value when you back out cash, now this cash is for a float and ramped production but anything spent there is coming back as income and then some. And couple with the fact any acquisition will be planned out, and make a lot of sense this means the $8 mill won't be pissed away so basically all upside from here. Should also see a nice R & D Grant in August-September.
