We all need to reread both of these posts to remind ourselves how close we are to finding out how effective CF33 can be against these solid tumors..

This trial is a basket trial against several different tumors. But the big news is they are mestatic , so they are spreading . That means we find out if VAXXINIA/CF33 hunts down and kills distant tumors. Like Pac-Man!. Hence the intravenous and intratumoral dosing..

If that proves correct it will be front page globally.

After rereading the announcement it’s clear that the trial runs for 24 months. However the dose escalation part is much shorter than that . Probably only 3 patients one at a time then it’s on for 10 patients..

This is even bigger news than it first appears when combined with the likelihood of CHECKVAX updates .
