By allowing them in now they are also able to pick up the interim Divvy of 1.5c. They would have had to offer at least 20% so assuming you looked at it when it was say 43c thats at least an 8.6c discount needed so that would be 34.5 plus the divvy of say 1.5 thats 36 so you are correct in my opinion the future revenue stream must be very good to get them on board. I will take up as much as I can in the retail offer.
It must have a logical business sense I cannot however see it.
Given the low discount I reckon you could fill up hopefully with oversubscriptions if its an spp you wont be able to so I am hoping for a rights issue even a renouncable one I would pay 0.1c for a right to purchase.
