I think removing Andy is a great move. Time to get some focus.
Since Andy started in Oct 2016 as the Managing Director of XAM he has floated at least two other companies not associated with Xanadu! And that's only what I know of. They are Godolphin Resources (ASX GRL) in Nov 2019 and Bastion Minerals in Mar 2021 (ASX BMO).
I put my money into XAM thinking that the CEO and Executive director would be all in, 100% committed to XAM. Especially when he is getting paid $365,000 a year - doesn't look like a part time salary to me.
I cannot see how an MD/CEO can float companies in his spare time. Godolphin soon realised his conflicted interest and booted him in less than 6 months after listing nothing. He has also attended conferences representing those other companies while he has been the Executive Director and CEO of XAM.
