I’m just wondering how EZL will extricate its funds out of WAM and when ? I am presuming that EZL no longer wants to be a fund manager, and would be unlikely to leave its capital in WAM for another fund manager to manage. I am wondering if they have an exit clause for the separate Euroz Funds or holdings to be “removed” from the transaction prior to the SH of WIZ and OZG “transferring” their holdings to WAM, or, as the case may be, selling prior to the actual transfer date ? It will be interesting to watch the WIC SP and how close it becomes to the equivalent “transfer” price to WAM. Only those SH who take the offer of tfr to WAM will get the 7 1/2% premium to pre tax NTA, and it will be interesting to see exactly what happens to the SP and what other SH finally decide to do.
