Yacheng, I think the big share trading firms pay a annual fee to avoid paying for trading fees to the asx. Those big share trading firms may have dozens of traders under their umbrella. That is probably why they can put in a 1 share trade and not pay any fees. They cost the small and inpatient investors a lot of money, and guess who wins. A very unleveled playing field.
