Yes you are right it is very positive news, indeed. I already started thinking what I should buy for the money.
But still I am thinking why these guys want to sell such a good business? We know it is still a very young company I think UWL was founded around 3 years ago. Are they selling because of money? It should not be the main reason, I think most of the owners are already pretty rich. Some of them already sold some companies previously. Just interesting questions on which we will never know the answers.
