Agreed. The expected life of the mine is 20 years (with it possibly extending up to 50 years). Unless one was that desperate one wouldn't sell anything for at least 10 yrs maybe longer.

I did a quick divi calculation for a reasonable holding (if you got in early like many of us did a 500k share holding is not inconceivable) that is a little more conservative then a 50c divi. I estimated that dividends would not be payed until the mine was well established and into at least 1-2 years of profit so started at year 5 with a small divi of 1c per share with a moderate increase every year.. Yr 10 is what i used to earn working a 9-5 job.. This also doesn't take into account the increase in share price. Im not selling a single share until i turn diabetic on that sweet sweet divi nectar.



Does this seem realistic? Or am i way off?
