Couldn't agree more, WA Govt does need it. (so does China) Like you mentioned, Bankers will understate on all pricing, the big question they will ask is, "what's in it for us". MacArthur isn't even a junior, they have no runs on the board, not even a resume that can give them credibility. Going by the statement released the other day by Joe Phillips and these recent ones by Mgmt, suggests ambiguity in their wording, which any Bank or Major may question and perhaps ask "why".
We have until the end of Apr 2022, until all objections have been recieved against 1 / 7 applications, so let's see what happens. Time will tell, if the other 6 get moved to Native Title, or removed at request of. Until that process is cleared, Lake Giles remains dormant, despite the reassuring words from Mgmt. Dumb Money will still flow to the market in the next few weeks.
