    No. This acquisiton is "all scrip", i.e IHL will be printing new shares to grant APIRx to "pay" for the acquisition.
    Capital raised from the bonus options will not be used for this.
    I think the most likely thing is that the bonus options are to soften to dilution blow to exiting holders when these new shares get issued (around 180m units)
