Company has no direction in what they are trying to achieve. I haven't really worked what their business model is.
Are they trying to get one resource to production with the finite resources they have or do they buy cheap resources prove them up a bit then flip and move on to the next and rinse and repeat. The latter doesn't provide much value for shareholders but keeps them all in a job for long periods of time
