Will a bigger dose even make much of a difference when administering a virus? I mean, it goes into the cancer cells and replicates, so even a small dose should end up with the virus replicating and infecting all possible cells until the body develops an immune reaction and eliminates the virus.
I guess a larger dose may mean it happens quicker..? Any virologists among us?
